Resolve Growth Partners Closes Its Oversubscribed Inaugural Fund at $157 Million

Resolve Growth Partners (“Resolve”), a Baltimore, Maryland-based growth equity firm investing in lower-middle market enterprise software businesses, announced the final closing of its inaugural fund, Resolve Growth Partners I, L.P. (the “Fund”), at over $157 million in capital commitments.

The Fund secured commitments from a diverse base of endowments, foundations, family offices, gatekeepers and pension funds.
